FAQ

1) Notifications are not arriving

• Check Settings > Notifications in iOS and make sure TankNote notifications are enabled.
• In TankNote, open tank settings and verify reminder day/time is turned on.
• For community notifications, make sure you are signed in and notifications are enabled on your device.
• If you changed timezone or device time, open the app once so reminders can be rescheduled.
